Hanna Trumm, MChiro
I earned a master's degree (cum laude) in chiropractic at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in Wales, the completion of which provides an internationally accredited chiropractic education (2018). I have also developed my professional skills at many trainings: Sacro-Occipital Therapy, Webster technique, extremity adjusting, dry needling, infant cranial therapy, Spinning Babies, kinesio taping, bite and jaw-joint problems, functional neurology trainings and many more. In addition, I am an instructor of the FBR breathing technique (liberating breathing).
In addition to relieving pain and complaints, I want to help people rediscover the joy of movement and motivate them to find the right exercise or movement habit for themselves that would support good health over the long term too. In order to help a patient as well as possible, I consider a thorough study of their health history important, including becoming aware of the patient's own expectations and attitudes. It is important that communication be pleasant and relaxed and the atmosphere positive. I find that a visit benefits greatly from thorough explanation, to help the patient understand the nature of the problem, its possible course and the path to a solution. In my view a preventive visit once or twice a year is sensible for everyone, to prevent complaints and maintain good well-being. Every person can do an enormous amount for their own health. I can support the patient in that process and give the most appropriate techniques and guidance.
